I believe
eventually
I will simply wear out.
On a day like any other
doing what I have always done
I will simply come to an abrupt halt.
No time for reflection no time for regret
a quick and easy end to a busy life
there are worse ways to go.
And far nobler lives to be lived
perhaps in my haste
I missed that point.
